CAMP SHINEFARM FAMILIES
We are so excited to welcome your family to the farm!
In this program you will come with you child or children to the farm to enjoy nature inspired art and a visit with the animals including, ponies, mini donkeys, bunnies, horses, chickens, pigs and goats! This 2-hour adventure promises to be a fun filled time on the farm with the people you love the most!

We heard your calls and with that, Farm Families was born!
This program is inspired by the parent/child program concept. In most of those programs, the emphasis is on the child, but we seek to have parents enjoy nature, art, animals and provide space and opportunity for parents to bond and connect with their children.
Parent-Child Magic Time
This program gives parents a chance to have a very special and magical time with the people they love the most in the world. As much as this program will bring joy to your child, we also want to fill your cup as parents, immersing you and inspiring creating things with your hands and enjoying the soothing act of petting a horse.
We all need a little Camp Shine in our lives, especially us parents!
Farm Families is also a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to come meet us here at Camp Shine, getting to know the staff and seeing the land prior to joining us for summer camp or homeschool classes!
*Please note we do have open houses and events at Camp Shine that are also great opportunities to meet us!

Opening Circle:
Circle to discuss the theme of the day! The theme may be gratitude or ways to regulate our nervous system.
Art Exploration:
Enjoy art with your child (we love providing fun nature inspired art enjoyed by both child and parent! Tea blending, painting rocks, seasonal crafts and more!
Farm Life:
Head to the farm to see all the animals, learning to groom, feed and tend to the many animals at Camp Shine. Come enjoy the farm life with us!
Closing Circle:
Reflect on what we enjoyed and learned.
